We walk your synthetic turf with you and look at drainage, infill, matted spots, and where the dogs go.

For most homes, twice a year keeps synthetic turf clean. Yards with a lot of dog traffic may need it more often. We'll recommend a schedule after we see your yard.
How much does it cost?
Every yard is different, so we don't list prices. You get a free quote after a site inspection, based on the size of the area, its condition, your pets, and how often you want service.
Is there a trip fee?
Absolutely not. We want to build a high level of trust with our clients, and charging anything before the work is done is not in our playbook.
How fast can you come out to quote?
We take pride in being prompt. We usually get to your home for an assessment within 1 to 2 days, and the same day if the schedule lines up. You get your quote within a couple of hours after the visit.
How long does a visit take?
Typical visits range from one to several hours based on square footage, how dirty the synthetic turf is, and the services you want. We confirm the scope before we start.
Do I need to be home, or provide water?
Please be home at least by the time we finish, for a final walk-through. That way you see the work and know everything we agreed on was done. We deep clean with a pressure washer system and electric power brooms, so an accessible water spigot and electrical outlet are highly preferred.
Can you fix matted fibers, low infill, or slow drainage?
Yes, we can. We use a series of brushing and grooming techniques to lift matted fibers and loosen compacted infill, which keeps your synthetic turf draining well and looking good.
When can kids and pets go back out?
Re-entry follows OxyTurf label directions and the specific treatment applied. We tell you before we leave.
Do you do one-time deep cleans, or plans only?
Both. Many homeowners start with a deep clean, then move to a plan. We'll quote either one.
