Synthetic Turf Revivers is an independent operator. Jay has a direct relationship with the OxyTurf team and chose their products for commercial maintenance long before this site launched — it's the chemistry we trust on client properties.

We apply products according to label directions and property needs. OxyTurf is a partner brand; we are not their storefront.

FAQ

Questions property managers ask

How often do you visit?

Most commercial properties run monthly or quarterly maintenance depending on traffic, pet use, and amenity type. We'll recommend a cadence after the first walk-through.

How long does a visit take?

Typical visits range from one to several hours based on square footage, soil level, and services requested. We confirm scope before we start.

When can pets or guests use the area after treatment?

Re-entry follows OxyTurf label directions and the specific treatment applied. We leave clear guidance for your team after every visit.

Is OxyTurf safe for kids and pets?

Yes — per OxyTurf, the formula is biodegradable, contains no bleach, ammonia, or phosphates, and is safe for areas where kids and pets play. We apply all products per label directions for commercial amenity turf.

Do you treat weeds in or around turf?

Yes. We use OxyTurf X — an all-natural, broad-spectrum herbicide formulated for synthetic turf applications — to eliminate weeds and unwanted grass without harsh chemicals.

Can you address insects living in the turf?

Yes. Mosquitos, ants, and other pests can cultivate deep in turf fibers. The same OxyTurf EHP chemistry works as a natural insect deterrent and we treat affected areas as part of the maintenance visit when needed.

Do you handle one-time deep cleans, or recurring only?

Both. Many properties start with a deep clean, then move to a recurring plan. We'll quote either based on your property.

What happens if it rains?

We coordinate with your facilities team to reschedule when weather would compromise treatment or grooming quality.

Do you service residential properties?

Yes — we primarily focus on commercial properties (apartments, hotels, pet parks, schools, and similar), but we also take residential work. Call or request a plan to discuss your yard.
