How many square feet of synthetic turf we're cleaning.

How long since the last cleaning, and how much debris and matting there is.

How many dogs use the yard, and where they go.

Site inspection
Usually within 1 to 2 days, same day if the schedule lines up. We look at the size, condition, drainage, infill, and where the dogs go. No trip fee.
Your quote and plan
Within a couple of hours after the visit: a price for your yard, as a one-time cleaning or a plan.
We schedule your visit
Pick a day that works and we'll be there.
Why no price list
Two yards the same size can need very different work
A small dog run that hasn't been cleaned in two years can take longer than a big yard that gets cleaned twice a year. A price list would be wrong for one of them.
A site inspection means your quote matches your yard, and you know the price before we start.

Cost and plan questions
Is the quote free?
Yes. We come out, look at your synthetic turf, and give you a quote at no charge.
Is there a trip fee?
Absolutely not. We want to build a high level of trust with our clients, and charging anything before the work is done is not in our playbook.
How fast can you come out to quote?
We take pride in being prompt. We usually get to your home for an assessment within 1 to 2 days, and the same day if the schedule lines up. You get your quote within a couple of hours after the visit.
Do I have to sign up for a plan?
No. One-time deep cleans are always available. Many homeowners start with one and move to a plan later.
How often should synthetic turf be cleaned?
For most homes, twice a year keeps synthetic turf clean. Yards with a lot of dog traffic may need it more often. We'll recommend a schedule after we see your yard.
